Midland native Andy Rapp has been a broadcaster, college professor, speech coach and media consultant. Many remember Andy as host of "Currently Speaking" a weekly discussion program on WDCQ-TV for many years. He has been a Mason for more than 15 years, achieving the 32-degree level in the Scottish Rite and serves as education director of his lodge. His presentation will speak to the history of the Masons dating back several centuries, including the period of Enlightenment, our country's founding fathers many of whom were Masons, and the formation of Prince Hall Masonry (Black Masonry) at the time of the Revolutionary War.
